At Liyana Cabinet, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1️⃣ Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of our cabinetry products, which are made to order or assembled per customer selection.


2️⃣ Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged or faulty:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of pickup

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • We will assess and offer:

    • Replacement parts, or

    • Repair, or

    • Refund (if applicable)


3️⃣ Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-sized cabinets and special orders are non-refundable, unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.


4️⃣ Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


5️⃣ Pickup Orders

All orders are inspected at pickup. Once collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.
