At Liyana Cabinet, we stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. Please review our warranty terms carefully.

1️⃣ Structural Warranty

We offer a 10-Year Structural Warranty on assembled cabinetry products.

This warranty applies to structural integrity under normal residential use.

2️⃣ Flatpack Products

The 10-Year Structural Warranty does not apply to flatpack (self-assembly) products.

Flatpack items are covered by a 3-month manufacturing defect warranty only.

3️⃣ Hardware & Accessories

Cabinet hardware, hinges, drawer runners, and accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise specified.

4️⃣ What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Structural defects in materials

• Manufacturing faults

• Workmanship defects

Under normal residential use.

5️⃣ What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

• Normal wear and tear

• Water damage or moisture exposure

• Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage

• Damage after pickup

• Third-party transportation damage

6️⃣ Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim:

• Notify us in writing within 7 days of discovering the issue

• Provide clear photos of the defect

• Provide proof of purchase

We may:

• Repair the product

• Provide replacement parts

• Replace the product

• Offer a partial refund (if appropriate)

7️⃣ Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
