Terms & Conditions – Liyana Cabinet

Welcome to Liyana Cabinet. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1️⃣ General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website or showroom.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You agree to comply with these Terms

2️⃣ Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, images, and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen display

  • Measurements must be independently verified by the customer

  • Liyana Cabinet is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer

3️⃣ Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Update product information without prior notice

4️⃣ Store Pickup

Liyana Cabinet operates on a Store Pickup Only basis.

All orders must be collected from:

📍 2/13 Network Drive, Carrum Downs VIC 3201

Customers must:

  • Wait for confirmation before pickup

  • Inspect goods at the time of collection

  • Arrange appropriate transportation

Risk and responsibility transfer to the customer once goods are collected.

5️⃣ Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom-sized, assembled, or special-order items:

  • Cannot be cancelled once production has commenced

  • Are non-refundable unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law

Customers are responsible for ensuring all specifications and measurements are correct before confirming the order.

6️⃣ Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

Liyana Cabinet is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss resulting from incorrect installation

  • Damage occurring after pickup

  • Third-party transportation damage

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Faulty products are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law requirements.

8️⃣ Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, logos, and designs, remains the property of Liyana Cabinet and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9️⃣ Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

🔟 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The latest version will always be available on our website.
